(The Fylde Arts Poetry Group)

The Poetry Group meets in the Ribble Room of the Assembly Rooms, Dicconson Terrace, LYTHAM, FY8 5JY on the third Wednesday of the months October to December and February to April.

 

The meetings  start at 2:00pm.

 

There is usually a guest poet who reads their own poetry after which members are invited to read from their own poetry related to a theme.

 

In addition Fylde Arts runs a biennial poetry competition open to Fylde residents.

​

Admission to meetings is £5 (Fylde Arts Members £4) which includes refreshments (tea/coffee and biscuits).

​
