JOHN GOUGH

 

John Gough comes from Chester and enjoys a busy career as solo pianist and accompanist. He has performed in many important venues including the Wigmore Hall and Purcell Room in London, the Carnegie Hall in New York, and he has made many broadcasts on Radio 3, Classic FM and Radio 2.He is also Professor of piano at both the Royal Northern College of Music and Chetham’s School of Music in Manchester.

 

John also enjoys a busy career as a soloist and accompanist, having given many BBC broadcasts on Radio 3 and Radio 2 and on Classic FM. John has also appeared as concerto soloist with many leading orchestras and is in great demand as an adjudicator in music festivals.
